If you need a faster or a different method of shipping, EMS delivery is also available. UPS express delivery is available and will be an extra charge of $27.

Return Policy:

We hope that you are delighted with your new jewelry. However, if you are not pleased with your purchase for any reason, and wish to return, exchange, or repair the product, you can do so within 14 days after receiving the product.

Please let us know in advance, via e-mail, of a refund package coming our way. Although we do not require it, we would like to know the reason for the return.

Enclose the item you are sending, including the original packaging and ship it in a sealed package. Ship the package via registered mail using a shipper of your choice.

Refunds will be made in the same payment method as the original purchase. Upon inspection of the merchandise, you will receive a 100% refund. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Full refunds are given to the original buyer only.
